Please note there is an additional court registration fee of £82 per document to register LPA’s with the Office of The Public Guardian. If your annual income is less than £12000, the registration fee is £41 per document.

The fee list is effective from 01/04/2023 and will remain valid until 30/09/2024
Jane Parker & Associates Ltd reserve the right to amend all fees for new clients should rising costs or additional traveling time necessitate. All new clients will be advised of any fee increases and their consent will be obtained before chargeable work commences.
